Mango or Peach Float is a popular Filipino no-bake dessert that's perfect for hot days and special occasions. It features layers of sweet mangoes or peaches, whipped cream, and graham crackers, chilled to perfection. This creamy and fruity treat is light, refreshing, and incredibly easy to prepare—ideal for beginners and seasoned cooks alike.

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the cream until double in size.
  2. Add condensed milk, mix well.
  3. In the rectangular glass dish (9 X 12) arrange graham crackers on the bottom.
  4. Trim the graham crackers to fit the corners of the dish. (Save the trimmings for garnishing.
  5. Spread the milk/cream mixture.
  6. Then spread the thin sliced mangoes/peaches evenly on top of the cream.
  7. Spread a very thin layer of cream mixture to  cover the mango/peaches.
  8. Make another layer of graham crackers, repeat the process until you have the 2 layers end up with thin slices of mango/peach.
  9. Crushed graham trimming and sprinkles on the top.
  10. Chill for at least an hours before serving.
